We roast our coffees in small, artisan batches to bring out the very best of the coffee through the roasting process.
Miller Marin's coffee is roasted to a more traditional medium profile, making it the most suitable for a broader range of preparation methods from espresso through to filter. We roast Jose & Luz's coffee more lightly to showcase the wonderful fruitiness of the coffee. This one is appreciated best when prepared as a filter coffee and served without milk. Jorge Taborda's coffee roast profile is somewhere between the other two - we really enjoy his coffee simply filtered with a V60.
As our business grows we are now able to offer more frequent roasting and dispatch days so that you don't have to wait too long for the coffee to arrive at your door. We aim to dispatch your order 24 hours after it has been placed during a working day, Monday to Friday. It will take a little longer for orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend.
